Main Beliefs--They believe in many Gods,and they believe in death.
Gods--They are polytheistic,They have many gods.The 3 most important gods are:
brahma-known as the creater.
vishun -known as the presener.
shiva -known as the destroyer.
Primary text-The primary text of Hinduism is called Vedas.
Religion practices:
1)worship-They pray in their shrines.
2)cremation-The dead are burned not buried.
3)Pray-They pray to their many gods in their shrines or their homes
Religious festivals-
lohr:The bonfire festival
pongal:India thanksgiving
Symbols-Aum is what the Hinduism symbol is called.Its the sound heard in the deepest meditation and is also said to be most suited for the name of god.
